Caldwell: “It’s time to make Arkansas heard again”
HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE – On Wednesday, Randy Caldwell, a Republican seeking to serve as the U.S. Representative from Arkansas’s Fourth Congressional District, released a video discussing the need for increased infrastructure investment in Arkansas’s Fourth District.
Regarding I-49, Caldwell noted, “There is a massive 170 mile gap between Ft. Smith and Texarkana. Driving conditions, as you know and I know, can be, and sometimes are, very dangerous on Highway 71.”
“There is more to be a Congressman than just pushing a button to vote. We need someone who will stand up and speak up on our behalf. It’s time to make Arkansas heard again. It’s time for District 4 to have a strong voice in Washington DC – a voice that will speak up to ensure that we are able to build the infrastructure that we need, ” Caldwell added.
Born in Batesville, AR, Randy Caldwell has spent the bulk of his life traveling the country preaching the Gospel. After seeing firsthand the consequences of Washington’s failures, he decided to come home and work for positive change through effective governance.
